Parts & Labor Warranty
WARRANTY POLICY
Parts Warranty
Parts are covered under the specific manufacturer’s warranty policy, if applicable.
-
Manufacturer Liability: If a part fails within its warranty period, the claim must be submitted directly to the manufacturer for replacement or reimbursement. Apex Offroad does not manufacture parts and is not liable for manufacturer part failures.
-
Claim Assistance: If you purchased the part directly through Apex Offroad, our team will gladly file and handle the warranty claim on your behalf.
Labor Warranty
Apex Offroad stands behind our work with a 90-day labor warranty on all parts we install.
-
Within 90 Days: If a part fails or malfunctions due to an installation error on our end, Apex Offroad will cover 100% of the labor cost to fix it, as well as the cost of the replacement part if damaged.
-
After 90 Days: Any part failure occurring after 90 days will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). Re-installation or labor required to replace the part will be billed at our standard shop rate.
JEEP WRANGLER RE-GEAR WARRANTY POLICY
Apex Offroad provides a 90-Day / 500-Mile Limited Labor Warranty on all ring and pinion re-gear services.
Important Note on Rear Axle Bearings & Seals
Re-gear installation kits include new inner seals for the front differential. However, standard rear re-gear kits do not include new rear outer axle bearings or seals, as the factory components are often reusable.
Because reinstalling used seals carries a risk of fluid leaks, please review our policy regarding rear seals:
-
Optional Replacement: Replacing rear axle bearings and seals during a re-gear requires additional parts and labor charges not included in the standard re-gear price.
-
Customer Choice: If you choose not to install new rear axle bearings and seals, Apex Offroad will re-install your existing factory components at your request.
-
Warranty Exclusion: Old/reused rear axle seals and bearings are strictly excluded from our 90-day / 500-mile labor warranty. If a reused seal leaks at any time after installation, all labor and parts costs required to replace it will be billed at our standard shop rates.
Our Recommendation: To prevent future fluid leaks and avoid paying double labor down the road, we strongly recommend replacing all rear axle bearings and seals with new units during any differential re-gear.
